Goes inside the Holtun Cenote of Chichen Itza, Mexico in order to better understand the human sacrifices conducted by the Maya, and follows archaeologist Memo De Anda as he swims underground in the cenote to observe the archaeological remains of the Maya. The segment also looks at the computer software Anda uses to create a high-definition recreation of the cave, and discusses the Mayan rituals in the cenote and Anda's explanation for why the remains of human sacrifices are perfectly preserved inside the Holtun Cenote.
